We make our very own meat Ragu with fire roasted tomatoes, a splash of red wine, Italian herbs, beef, and sausage. Our house made bechamel is infused with Ricotta, mozzarella, and parmesan cheese creating a velvety creamy white cheese sauce that melts in your mouth and layers perfectly with the Ragu  between blankets of delicate lasagna noodles. topped with out premium Bacio mozzarella and baked to perfection
